dotnet internationalization : ASP.NET 2.0 : Custom Cultures

Could anyone tell me how to implement custom cultures in ASP.NET 2.0, such
that it automatically picks up application and page-level resources from the
Resources and LocalResources application repositories ?

Use CultureAndRegionInfoBuilder
