dotnet internationalization:
In w2k there is a buttone Set Default which allows to change the System =
Code Page.

Changing the active system code page on Windows XP :

1) Load the 'Regional and Language Options' applet from Window's Control
Panel.
2) Select the 'Advanced' tab.
3) Select the target code page from the list of available languages.
4) Click the 'Apply' button.

Note: This operation requires that you be logged in as system Administrator
or be in the Administrators group.
