Images handlling in Panel -- c#

c# : Images handlling in Panel

I add two images to a panel control. now I want to use its scroll to view
two image in the same panel. however it doesn't show up in my app, also some
display problem within my top image as well.
can anyone help me to solve it?

In the panel, what is the property Autoscroll set to?

If you click on the panel itself and click on properties tab

can you explain the image problem again in more detail? Are these 2 images
with one over the top of the other?
