How to Connect other Database in SQL server? connection error.... -- c#

Hi
I am stucked at Connection with Database in My .Net program
When i connect with Northwind SQL db it connects easily no errors but
when i try to connect with my own created Database it gives me error
and it not opening connection at all
error is
Loging Failed with data base name...........
error at line
connectionObject.Open-------- this like is highlighted

plz will any one help plz its urgent

Did you put suitable rights for your database?
