vb.net : Run Msi with no administrator account

Hi,

I used NT administrator account to run a msi file for installing an application. I'd like to know if there is a way to run msi with any regular accounts as the administrator right?

Why not ask this question in one of the Windows groups or the Microsoft
Installer group? For example, news:microsoft.public.windows.msi.
