Where can I go to see how to include the .netframework in my set up and
deployment. And how do I get my installation to check if .net framework is
installed on the users computer, and if not it will install it. I am new to
vb .net and this is the first application I have written. I am using visual
studio .net 2003. thanks for any help.

When you make your application - make it with the Net Redistribution
package that way you will have a portable deployment of NET in your
Application. Most people now are running .NET anyway since its Windows
ubiquitous.
