Checked treeview on wich each node containt a

- Checkbox + optional Combobox

If you are open to using an existing component, you may want to look at
our TList control.
TList will allow you to specify multiple columns for tree and each
column can have checkbox or combobox so that you can have checkbox in
one column and optional combobox next to it in the following column.
