vb.net controls : Transparent Label or Textbox control?

Hi, all! Using VB.Net 2k3 (VB.Net)...

Is there any way to make a Textbox or Label control background transparent
(sitting atop a PictureBox control)??

Try this in the properties on the designer:
BackColor -> Web -> Transparent
