vb.net controls: Is there a way to create a continuous form like access in VS 2005, Vb.net.

Dom,
There is no easy way (that I know)
However you can use a DataGrid control on your form and with quite some work
you can get the grid to show text boxes that can be positioned to display
the same way as an Access Continuous form.
