Extract record amoung large file -- dotnet datatools

I assume you're talking about rows in a database table, right? If so, what
makes the 700 rows unique, i.e. what makes them different from the other
rows? Once you've established that you can create your SELECT queryt to
retrieve the desired rows. What's the structure of your table?
