vb.net upgrade: I have installed VB .net full version on a computer that already had Visual
Studio 6 installed. After install I get one error when I try to create a new
project. "A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed". Also
when I try to add a form to an existing project( a demo) I get "Unspecified
error". Any ideas on what is causing this?

Maybe this won't be very helpful, but:

1) VB.NET can co-exist with VB6.0 on one machine, this is not the problem
2) Try to install SP2 for .NET Framework 1.0 or re-install .NET Framework
