vb.net upgrade:

I've done a lot reading on the migration from VB6 to VB.NET and all
the steps involved, and I am curious about people's experiences.

For large projects, is it worth using the Upgrade Wizard tool or much
simpler to just re-write the application from scratch?

Re-write. Re-design. Seriously look at your application. Almost all of
ours took the new OO model much better with a rewrite. The resulting app
runs almost 4x the previous one, but it was not a seemless upgrade /
conversion. I do feel it was well worth it so far.
