vb.net upgrade:
It sounds like the UpgradeExtensions is not getting registered correctly. I
would suggest that you try registring the
Microsoft.VisualBasic.UpgradeExtensions.dll with RegASM. You can find
RegAsm in the Microsoft.NET\Framework\vN directory where vN is the latest
version of the .Net Framework that you have installed on your machine.
