vb.net upgrade: can you help me about this problem,the message says: The exception unknown software exception (0xc00000fd) occurred in the application at location 0x77f8ed96.

Click on OK to terminate the program
Click on CANCEL to debug the program

what can i do?

You most likely have a bug or syntax error in your program which you haven't
handled the exception for. If you keep looking through your code, you'll
find the glitch. Try debugging it by clicking cancel if you have good
debugging software
