vb.net upgrade : VB DOT NET 2005 - 2003

hi,,,
I have a sample code in VB dot net 2005. I have only VB dot net 2003 installed. How can I opn the VB.net 2005 project in VB.net 2003.

You cannot. The file format changed a bit.

You could use the Express version of VS 2005 which are free to install.
