Upgrade wizard hangs (2005 edition) oaksong

vb.net upgrade: I've created a project that has a form with 3 widgets, a textbox, a
label, and a button. There is no code.

When I run the upgrade wizard it freezes. I've tried this twice in the
IDE and once at the command prompt.

Is it overwhelmed with the simplicity?
