the SP1 that you now install on vista is not 'SP1 Update for vista' Maybe
SP2 would have been a better name...

True.
It wasn't my intention to be arrogant, and I am sorry if I appeared that
way.
But from time to time, there are posts about how we are all stupid for using
Windows / VC and that linux / gcc would save the world if we were willing to
free us from the yada yada yada.
Which is why I sometimes get ticked off about these kinds of posts.
These forums are supposed to be about programming and helping each other.
Starting threads like this has no point whatsoever. They can only raise
ideological debates, possibly ending with harsh words.
There are far more appropriate places for holding such debates.
