dotnet myservices: There are 2 windows services that are written to the same Log table in
SQL. For some unknown reason, at no specific intervals, while one is
running the other runs and stops the 1st windows service from running.
Is this how it is supposed to work? The fact these are 2 different
services doesn't mean they run on 2 different threads?

Also it may have something to do with how the SQL stored procedures are
written or the table design or the SQL user licensing and all could be a
factor in any exceptions that are thrown back to the service and the
service's handling of the exceptions.
