Yes, i did.

I clean my recycle every day. This is my big problem, because i delete my
file from word and recycle in the same day. Please, help me. Thank you.

You could search for (WinXP file recovery) but the more time passes the less
chance of success.

You could send your hard drive to a company called IBAS. They can find any
files for you. Stop using the hard drive so the tracks will not get over
written with new data. The disk is not over written until it has been over
written about 8 times.

They have fixed prices for private persons.
