dotnet xml : sqlxml installation

Does anyone know how to get the managed classes for sqlxml loaded?

I can not seem to get them to load.

Norm,

The managed classes are installed by the SQLXML installer when it detects
the .NET Framework installed. How does your problem manifest itself?
