Hi Keith,

First of all, I would like to confirm my understanding of your issue. From
your description, I understand that the hotfix you get doesn't fix the
problem described on KB Q839588. If there is any misunderstanding, please
feel free to let me know.

Could you let me know where did you get the hotfix? If you got it from
Microsoft PSS, I think this hotfix might not be suitable to your issue. You
can continue contact PSS on this. If it is really a bug, they will help you
recover this free of charge.

HTH.

Kevin,

I think you understand correctly. I contacted Microsoft to obtain the
hotfix, as recommended in the KB article Q839588. They emailed me the hotfix
and I applied it. It didn't correct the problem. I'm not sure what I should
do next. Thanks for your help.
