dotnet xml: Hello friends

I want to crete an xml file based on a sql server query, and using a
specific format that include current hour, current date, the user that create
the xml file.
I'm thinking in use the vb.net language to create this file a output stream,
but I dont know if there is a better way to create this.

Note: Using a bcp I can ganerate the xml file but I can´t have the format
and the vars that I need.

Use XmlTextWriter class.
