dotnet distributed apps : Updater Application Block Error: range header, paths not allow sha

I am using Updater Application Block. However, when there is a new version in
the updater server, the client can't update the new version.

The following error message throw:
The BITS service returned an error for the job with the ID
'3214f216-44e3-461a-a423-c7902ffb63b2'; the job's name and description are
'BITS_Files_Download_Job' and 'BITS_Files_Download_Job'. The BITS service
error message for this job is 'The server does not support the Range header.
'. This job has been canceled, and the DownloaderManager will attempt it
again. If you see this error frequently, you may have a mis-configuration, or
another administrator process/user is canceling BITS jobs. It is also
possible that some mis-configuration of the Manifest file is causing BITS to
have trouble with a source or destination path; be sure that all SOURCE paths
are valid URLs, and that all DESTINATION paths are valid LOCAL UNC
paths--__shares are not allowed__.

When I check the update log file, I found that the files can be downloaded
into the client's temp folder only and the error occurred.
It can't process validation section and then it deleted the temp folder too.

Any special settings for the IIS server or client need to set up?

Thanks.
