Hi !

We use the application block from Microsoft with an ASP.NET 2.0
application. We already have develop previous solutions with the same
pattern, and everything worked fine, but this time, the application
block seems to create too much connections to the SQL Server. How can I
make sure the application block closes connections he creates ?

Notice we first started the development in VS 2003, then migrated the
solution to VS 2005. Can it be the source of the problem ?

Thank you VERY MUCH ! :)

Plus, I forgot to precise that when I browse the solution via the
microsoft explorer, there are much more "sticky connections" than when
I run it from the IDE.

We'll .. what am I doing wrong ? :(

When you moved your code to Visual Studio 2005, did you download
Enterprise Library for .Net 2.0 or simply recompiled old Application
Block?
