visual studio .net debugging : Installing VS.NET 2005 breaks debugging in VS.NET 2003

I recently installed Visual Studio .NET 2005 on a machine that already
had Visual Studio .NET 2003 installed on it. Upon trying to run a
WinForms app in VS.NET 2003 in debug mode (F5), I received the
following error message:

<<
Error while trying to run project: Unable to start debugging.

Access is denied. Verify that you are an administrator or a member of
the 'Debugger Users' group on the machine you are trying to debug. Ater
being added to the 'Debugger Users' group, you must log off an log back
on for the setting to apply.

Meanwhile, in VS.NET 2005, I have no problems.

I have scoured the Web for answers but have only found the same
suggestions to make sure that I am added to the Debugger Users group or
to tweak IIS. I have ensured that I am a member of Debugger Users and
am not dealing with Web applications - I'm working with WinForms.

Does anyone here have any suggestions?

I thank you in advance.

Although I still haven't found an answer to this conundrum, I did
manage to get 2003 debugging correctly again. I had to repair the 2003
installation to do it, though.
