How do you disable CSS validation within Visual Studio 2005? Ric

visual studio .net debugging: Ok, to give you some background, I am a very experienced client side
developer who knows his CSS inside and out, so this is NOT a problem with my
CSS.

What I would like to do is remove the CSS validation from the project I am
working on. The intellisense gets several things wrong and I have already had
to remove the validation for the HTML, now I want to do this for the CSS.

How do I remove the validation for the CSS in VS2005? I do NOT want to
simply change the spec I am validating against, I want to remove any
validation on the CSS files completely.

Thank you in advance for any replies.

Hi,
Have you tried selecting the Tools->Options menu item in VS or Visual Web
Developer. Select the TextEditor->CSS->CSS Specific tree option in the
left-hand side of the options window, and then uncheck the “Detect Errors”
checkbox:

Hope this answers your question.
Thanks and Regards.
