Which version of VS.NET 2003?? Pieter Coucke

visual studio .net documentation:
Hi,

I want to buy Visual Studio .NET, but I have no idea of
which version I should buy: the Professional, Enterprise
Developer of Enterprise Architect.

I used to be a VB 6 analist-programmer, and now I want to
start with VB.NET.

I once got a version of VB6 which didn't allow me to use
some specific dll's etc, so I want a version of VB.NET
from which I'm sure I'm gonna be able to do everything I
want to do with VB.NET.

Is the Professional edition a 'full' version or should I
buy one of the Enterprise editions?

Thansk a lot in advance!

Pieter Coucke

PS: Can you please send your answer also by email to me,
because I'm not sure I'll be able to watch this newsgroup

Hi Pieter,
the Professional edition is a full version from a product point of view.
The main differences between the Professional and Architect or Enterprice,
are that the first one does not include products such as SQL Server, Viso,
Visual SourceSafe, Application Center Test and so on...
You can have further details by visiting the following link:
