Trouble integrated MSDN with Visual Studio 2003

Hey guys,
I installed VS 2003 presumably along with the MSDN package.
Apparently it was only about 400 MB, so i assume it wasn't the "Full"
installation. So whenever I was in the VS, and i'd do a search (for
example: FormsAuthentication), it would show me the search results.

I have VS .NET 2003 and MSDN Oct 03 on Win XP Prof. and recently
installed the current MS Platform SDK. Since then many links in the
combinded VS help do not work anymore: all links with <MSHELP:link>
tags don't work anymore! I tried uninstalling the platform sdk and the

This is the third time I have posted this in the last 3 weeks. I though
that MSDN subscribers were supposed to get an answer in less than 2
business days.

In the "Deploying A Windows Application" instructions for VS2003 there's a section titled "Creating a shortcut" After performing the first 2 steps, step 3 states the ACTION menu should be in view. It's not. How do I create a desktop shortcut for my application?... more >>

I have Visual Studio .NET 2003 that currently supports framework version 1.1, 1.0 or both.
When .NET Framework 2.0 is released with Visual Studio 2005, will I be able to use framework 2.0 with Visual Studio .NET 2003 by somehow selecting the framework 2.0 run time ?? Or I will have to shell my mon... more >>
