MSDN Help Filters Dale

visual studio .net documentation:
I am posting this a second time, because I am a MSDN subscriber and haven't got a reply yet.

I’m having problems using MSDN library for Visual Studio.NET 2003. For some reason, no matter what I search for, it says no results are found. The filters also do not work. The only time anything shows up in the index list is if “(no filter)” is selected.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, removing MSDN library from the combined help collection and adding it again, and calculating the filters through Help  Edit Filters.

Hi, Dale

Best thing to try is to rename C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft
Shared\Help and do a repair of the MSDN library. It is also helpful in
some cases to clear your Internet cache.

If that doesn't work, please call 800-936-5800. There is no charge for
MSDN config issues of this type.

Thank you for choosing the MSDN Managed Newsgroups,
