Have you seen the thread : "Dynamic help, MSDN documentation cannot be
displayed" in this newsgroup ?
If your problem is related to that, moving your Temporary Internet Files
Folder may solve the problem.

Did you reinstall or repair MSDN after reinstall Visual Studio? If not, I'd
suggest doing so; as part of the MSDN installation, MSDN integrates itself
as the VS help system. I can easily see it getting "confused" when VS
(especially multiple versions) are reinstalled.

After installing MSDN Library April 2005 there is no Help available in VS.NET
2003. I have already uninstalled/reinstalled the library - without success!
So people from Microsoft wake up and give us a solution for that problem!
