[FIX] Cannot install Enterprise Library 3.1

Hi,
I have uninstalled Enterprise Library 3.0 but was unable to install
version 3.1 on XP Pro. I always got a bunch of similar error messages:

I wonder if anyone has run into this yet.
Say you have a solution with 18 projects in it.
Do you create a Test Project for each of the original 18 application
projects and end up with 36 projects in the solution?
Is that too many Projects in a Solution cluttering up the Solution Explorer?... more >>

I've just upgraded from TFS 2005 Workgroup to TFS Beta 2. I had a couple
issues initially that prevented the install from completing, but on my last

I found the answer to this. In case anyone else needs to know...
File-->Source Control-->Workspaces...
Select the workspace
Click Edit...
Select the appropriate Local Folder cell and click the "..." button to
change the value.

How can I change the Local Path (also called Local Name) assigned to a

Hello LehrSJ,
In general, the project binds to TFS Source Control automatically when we
double-click the .sln file in Source Control Explorer. But, we still can
bind/unbind Source Control by "File/Source Control/Change Source Control"
menu. This way also works with Visual Source Safe 2005.

Someone new needs to go into Visual Studio and select File >> 'Open from
Source Control' to open the project.
As far as project locations go, each developer should be checking out files
to their own local workspace.

I am using TFS for source control. In Visual Studio I can setup a Reporting
Services project and add it to source control. If my project is called
Reports I can see the source control files Reports.rptproj,
Reorts.rptproj.vspscc, Reports.sln, and Reports.vssscc are added to the TFS

Have you been using Labels for your Team Projects? If so, you can check out
a team project based on those Labels.

'Compare' or 'Check In', VS2005 locks up and I have to close it from the Task
Manager. This was working for a while and suddenly broke. I loaded SP1, but

Tom Hollander explains a couple different methods for storing the Enterprise
Library configuration. You will still need a *.config file in some form
though.
