parent domain.
For instance,
1. The test is using a server foo.bar.com
2. The server sets a cookie explicitly setting the domain
of the cookie to "bar.com"

Opening a new solution (especially web solutions) can take several
minutes for large solutions. Compiling can take a while (especially
