Thanks for your post. As I understand, you want to run ASP .NET 1.0 and 1.1
under IIS 5.1. I now share the following information with you:

As you know, IIS 6.0 provides some new features that are only supported in
ASP .NET 1.1. That's the reason why ASP.NET 1.0 is only supported to run on
IIS6.0 in IIS5 compatibility mode. While in IIS 5.x, there is no limitation
for ASP .NET 1.0 and 1.1. That is, there is no special considerations when
using IIS 5.x.

In addition, I recommend you the following article on how to configure
