visual studio .net enterprise tools : Reverse Engineering Problem in VS 2003

Does this happen with all of your projects, or just one of them? I've seen
some strange problems when forward and reverse enginerring with VEA 2003(same version as you), but 99% of them were "fixed" by rebooting the machine, or closing and reopening VEA and/or VS .NET. I know that's not a solution to the problem, but as a work around it has worked for me. This seems to happen with all the project I have tried to reverse engineer,
event a new Windows Application I just created. The system has been rebooted, and both Visual Studio and VEA have been repaired and uninstalled/reinstalled. Still have the problem. The initial project is not large, it is a library (dll) containing 2 Component that define Window controls, 2 classes defining EventArgs, and a class file that contains an Enum definition. Like I stated above I created a new project for a Windows Application and immediately did a Visio reverse engineering, same error. Does anybody know what error 32 signifies? I record a temporary macro.
Say, go to end of line, insert some text and go to next line I end macro recording I run the temporary macro using the (Ctrl+Shift+P). Nothing happens. I now believe this macro problem is the because I have another account on the same system, my local system account not the domain account. When I run VS.NET 2003 macros work and reverse engineering works! The problem is either with the VS.NET configuration options or the configuration of the domain account. Now I need to figure out how to reset the domain's account VS.NET Tool | Options to the factory settings. Then try the macros again. Any ideas?
