visual studio .net enterprise tools : TFS AT Setup problem

I'm trying to do a dual tier installation but keep running into a problem
with the Reporting Service.

The error I'm getting is "Error 28805 - Setup cannot finish the request to
SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services report server. Verify that SQL Server
2005 Reporting Services report server is installed and running and that you
have sufficient privileges it access it."

The data tier is installed on a different domain than the machine where I'm
trying to install the application tier. The accounts used during the
installation has admin rights on the data tier machine.
It seems the connection is fine because the ReportServer and
ReportServerTemp db's have both been created and using the activity monitor
for SQL Server shows the user TFSReporting is connected.

I also checked the connection info in the Reporting Services Configuration
app to make sure that the correct user is set and it is.

Any other things to look at to correct this problem?

I got it to work but I'm not too sure how. I did a few uninstalls and
reinstalls of Report Service and manually configured the database connection
account info using Reporting Service Configuration.

It think it might still be the security issue. And the Reporting Service
was not configured with correct account rights originally. Anyway, it's
good to know that you have had the problem resolved. Thanks for sharing
