visual studio .net enterprise tools: What permissions are needed in order to delete a build type in Team
Foundation Server? If I go under Source Control in Team Explorer, the Build
Types folder and all types under it are grayed out and I am unable to delete
any of them.

To be able to delete a folder under source control, first of all, you have to
download it to your workspace, so, first of all do a "Get latest version",
and then you will be able to delete it.

Also notice, when you delete anything from surce control, the change is not
made until you check in the changes, even the deletions, and when you check
in the changes, the files and folders you are deleting from source control,
are also deleted from your workspace
