visual studio .net enterprise tools:
I've used tfsdeleteproject.exe to remove the project, but the team
project reference remains in the db. I want to recreate the project
(same name) for testing the migration of vss to tfs.

any ideas would be a great help....

thanks in advance.

did you try to delete it with the /force option?

I have precisely the same problem. When I initially deleted the Team
Project in question, I did not use the /force option. I *did* have to
manually delete the corresponding SharePoint site and Reporting
Services site. When I now attempt to (re)create a Team Project with the
same name as before, I get an error message indicating it already
exists. If I then attempt to use tfsdeleteproject.exe to delete it, it
indicates it does not exist.

How do I (we) proceed?
