Since upgrading to Vista Business on my Intel Pentium 4 3GHz machine, I seem
unable to launch the Performance Explorer from Visual Studio when using the
Sampling method on even the most simple C# Test programs consisting of no
extra DLLs and just a click-event on a button. Each time I get a Windows
error and then a message that 'Could not launch c:\Test.exe. Injection of
runtime library failed. '

Instrumentation profiling works but it gets far too huge and for my
long-running app, I need Sampling. I am using Visual Studio 2005 Team
Edition for Developers (v8.0.50727.42) with .NET (v2.0.50727)
