Aside from Crystal Reports, do you know of
any 3rd party reporting tool for .NET? Please
provide URL.

i am on the hunt as well. crystal is a joke. even M$ access smokes it.*

haven't checked either of these out....

this looks slick: www.componentone.com/reporting

this looks interesting: http://www.rpvreport.com/rpv_basic_info.htm

good luck!

(*aside from crystal's enterprise features, which i really don't give a care
about. all i want to do is *quickly* and *easily* generate/edit some
classy-looking reports, using a visual interface designed by someone who at
least KNOWS what the state of the art is. (as opposed to some 'old guard'
company that has a weakening reputation for being the industry leader, but
hasn't really kept up with ease-of-use advances made in other
productivity/development software genres.) crystal's visual designer feels
like a first-generation tool... even though they are on ... version 9?
....10?!)

ActiveReports is awesome. I have used it for Visual Basic 6.0 and their
..NET (VB.NET, C#) works great!
