Norton Personal Firewall interferes with VS.NET 2003

It seems that Norton personal Firewall 2004 interferes with VS.NET 2003,
apparently in a couple ways. It appears to stop the W3SVC service from
starting, and prevents you from running a Windows app from the IDE. If the

It gives about 14 days max!
I just installed it in mid Feb 2004 and it said it expires on 29th Feb 2004!
What's going on?

I can only one document at a time if try to open another doc it replaces the the current doc. I'm using VS 2003 and the settings are set to Tabbed documents. It always workd fine before. I'm not sure what happened to cause to issue.

Modified Date never changes in VS 2003 after upgrade

On 1/21/2004 I upgraded to VS 2003. Now ALL my old projects on the Start Page always say that the last modified date was 1/21/2004. It never changes even when I do modifications. It never says "today" or "yesterday" - just 1/21/200.
