Yes. Goto the Visual Studio site (
www.microsoft.com/vstudio/).
At minimum, you need Visual Basic ($80). If you want professional or
enterprise version of Visual Studio, I'd recommend getting an MSDN
Subscription (~$2300 for an Enterprise subscription). The MSDN subscription
includes VS and every other piece of software Microsoft makes related to
development. You also get pre-release software (like VS2005).
