visual studio .net general: I have run into a wall!!!!! All I want is to create a setup project that
gives the user the option of creating a shortcut on their desktop during
installation.
I have added a shortcut in the File system editor in the Desktop folder,
added a check box dialog, set the condition property of the desktop folder
to CHECKBOXA1, built the project, installed, leave the checkbox unchecked,
yet it still places a shortcut on the desktop.
I have tried several combinations with the condition property (i even set it
to "False"). It seems that the condition is not even being evaluated!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
