You can create an application from the trial version
of Visual Basic.net. Once you have built your solution the
..exe file for your project should be created on your hard drive

I believe that you're the owner of any work generated by any application
that you used and this is valid even if you're using a trial version. (I've
seen some company use trial version of WinZip to create SFX achieve for
deployment.)

So if the application you compiled works, you can deploy it.
