visual studio .net general:
I want to buy MS Visual C++.net. That means I have to buy MS Studio
2003. Correct?

And if so, when 2005 comes out can I get it for a small upgrade fee or
do I have to buy the whole package again?

Thank You for your time.

Not, you can buy it stand-alone. See:

For VS.NET 2003 there was a upgrade fee of 29 USD if you had VS.NET 2002.
For 2005 it is not known yet.
