visual studio .net general:
i was working on Visual studio. It was running fine, till i decided to
include a new file in the project. Solution gave error

"error occured while saving project file proj.csproj.Access is denied"

on compilation command.

I tried compiling without including the new file.then it compiled
properly.I found that the problem was not in the new file. It was not
accepting any new file. I have tried creating new solution and setting up
new project. but the problem still persists.
