I have completed a small application and it loads from a zipped file on the
internet, but when it loads it says it is from and unknown publisher. How do

YOU can't, unless you want to register your company with a trusted vendor
like Verisign. Its a security requirement; binaries coming from an untrusted
zone (like der interveb) aren't trusted. Because your program isn't trusted,
XP checks the binary to see if it was signed with a key that is registered
with a trusted vendor (like Verisign). If it isn't, it shows the unknown
dialog. If it is, it still asks if the user wants to run the program, but
gives the user an opportunity to check out the vendor (you).
