Setup project and Setup wizard -- visual studio .net general

Which is the best way to build an installer for my .NET application? Setup
project or Setup wizard? I have tried the MSDN help and googling about this
but haven't found any good information on how to do. Where can I find
information about this? Links? Books?

I have found that the Setup Wizard handles 90% of the basic stuff. If you
need complex custom actions or to do specialized installation, look into
Installshield.
