You mean, does VSTS coem with built in UML support? Then the answer is no.

There are a number of designer tools:
- Class Diagram (not UML conform, but works fine)
- Physical Data Center ( )
- Logical Data Center (comes close to deployment diagram)
- Application Domain ( )

But they do not conform to any UML standard and have their own little
nifty tricks built in.

If you're looking for a good UMl tool that integrates with Visual Studio
you could take a look at:
- Visual Paradigm SDE
http://www.visual-paradigm.com/product/sde/
- Borland Together for Visual Studio
(though I believe it will be discontinued)
http://www.borland.com/us/products/together/index.html
- Rational Software Architect
(there's a plug-in for .NET model-importing, but no round trip
support and no integration)
http://www-128.ibm.com/developerworks/rational/products/rsa/
- Altova UModel
(though I believe it does not directly integrate in Visual Studio)
http://www.altova.com/products/umodel/uml_tool.html

I would also recommend Sparx Enterprise Architect and their MDG Integration
for VS2005 (http://www.sparxsystems.co.au).
