visual studio .net general : Visual Web Developer 2005 - working with pure VBScript files

First, appologies if you feel this wrong group, But I can't find anything
with a closer match.
If I've just been blind and missed the obvious, can you point me at the
correct (or better group).

Using Visual Web Developer 2005 (the free one)
File, New File, script, VBScript file
- looks good I get a virgin VBScript file.

Q: How do I get outline to work.?
- Please don't come back with generic Visual Studio, or Visual Basic
answers, This is SPECIFIC to VBScript file editing (as supported within VWD
2005)

I also note that the help has language filter for Visual Basic, C#, C++, J#,
and JScript
.... no help seems to be present for VBScript

Q: How do I add (or turn on) the help for VBScript

OR...
Do I just give up and go back to using the Microsoft Script Editor (comes
free with most office 2003 aps) and manually opening the Windows Script v5.6
documentation help file?

TIA
