HTTP /1.1 500 Internal Server Error while adding new web projects -- visual studio .net ide

I just reinstalled VS.Net and IIS on my machine

While opening web projects or making new ones I get this
error HTTP /1.1 500 Internal Server Error thats why none
of my new or existing web projects work .

Please help urgently.

I have a developer running into this same issue. Did you
resolve it, or does anyone else have a resolution?
